Selected work

Four organisations, four different problems.

Each of these started with a business problem, not a design brief. The links go to the live sites, so you can judge the work yourself.

Social impact

Badlaav Foundation

Government shelter homes cover the basics. What Badlaav needed was a site and a brand that could raise funds and genuine belief in what happens once the basics are met. I built the whole site across three programmes, backed by an eleven chapter brand guide with a seven colour palette.

Saurya Saathi

Solar in India runs on confusion, and on installers who disappear after the sale. I built a Hindi first, trust led site around a clear four step process, anchored in a brand guide with five named values: Saath, Samajhdaari, Sankalp, Prakriti Prem, Imandari.

Cleantech research

Green Avengers R&D

A sustainability research firm needed a credible public face for scientific collaborations. The site translates deep research, carbon black purification and sustainable nanocomposites, into a story that reads clearly to a partner or a funder.

Pagdandi Foundation

A rural livelihoods charity doing strong work on the ground, with almost no public presence to show for it. I laid the programmes out clearly online, so donors and partners can understand the work in about a minute and know exactly how to get involved.

I build the digital systems that fill sales pipelines.

For the last five years that has meant leading digital strategy for premium real estate and lifestyle projects, alongside brand and marketing work for businesses and organisations. I am also co-founder of an NGO that has worked with more than 500 children across Dehradun. I work best where plans have to survive real people, real budgets, and real deadlines.

What I do

Where I am most useful.

Most clients need more than one of these at once, which is usually the point. A brand nobody can find, and a campaign with nothing solid behind it, fail for the same reason.

01

Real Estate & Project Marketing

Five years directing digital strategy for premium residential and lifestyle projects: the media, the positioning, and the technical build. Those pipelines have produced more than 12,000 qualified enquiries across 15+ projects, and 6,000 more across hospitality and lifestyle.

  • Launch campaigns
  • Lead generation
  • Project microsites
  • Media planning
  • Brand positioning
  • Lead qualification
  • Sales pipeline reporting
02

Performance Marketing

Meta and Google ads built around a simple path I can draw for you on one page, with tracking set up before the first rupee is spent, so every result traces back to something real.

  • Lead generation
  • Campaign based marketing
  • Re-targeting
  • Meta & Google Ads
  • Conversion tracking
  • Landing pages
  • Attribution reporting
03

Brand & Marketing Strategy

Positioning, identity systems, and go to market planning built to hold up as an organisation grows. A complete brand visual system covering colour, type, voice, and usage rules, rather than a logo file and good wishes.

  • Brand strategy
  • Positioning & messaging
  • Customer & market research
  • Brand visual system
  • Identity systems
  • Go to market planning
  • Website & print
04

NGO Consulting

Strategy, brand, and fundraising communication for organisations doing social work. I co-founded and run one, so I know what a shelter home actually needs from a website, and what a donor actually reads before deciding.

  • Strategy
  • Programme architecture
  • Fundraising & donor journeys
  • Impact reporting
  • CSR partnerships
  • Volunteer engagement
  • Grant readiness
  • 80G, 12A & FCRA guidance

Why I do this

Government shelter homes in Dehradun cover a bed, a meal, and a school seat. What they find hard to cover is the belief that a different life is available to you.

We started Badlaav Foundation to work on that gap. Over the last 10+ years it has reached more than 500 children across shelter homes in the city. Every child in our board cohort passed. Four of seven cleared the Sainik School entrance.

Running it taught me more about marketing than any campaign has. When you have to reach a donor, a district officer, and a fourteen year old in the same week, you learn that persuasion is mostly respect: work out what the person in front of you actually needs, then say it plainly.

That is the discipline I bring to client work. It is why I would rather ask what a website has to achieve than what it should look like, and why the brands I build tend to hold up once I hand them over.

Where I serve

Where I give my time, and why it matters.

Running an organisation teaches you things that advising one never will. These roles are the reason clients trust me with the parts of the work that carry real weight.
