Every lead, called in 60 seconds.
An AI pre-sales agent that phones your Meta, Google and portal leads the moment they arrive. It qualifies them in Hindi or English, books the site visit, and hands your sales team only the people worth their time.
Runs in your browser. No signup, no download. Use headphones.
Your best lead last week enquired at 11pm on a Sunday.
Nobody called back until Monday evening. By then they had spoken to two other projects, and one of them had already offered a site visit for the weekend.
The lead was not bad. The campaign was not bad. Your sales team is not bad.

Time to first call
The same enquiry, three different outcomes.
The developer who calls first usually gets the site visit. Not the one with the better project.
Do not take our word for it. Talk to it.
A live agent trained on Tranquil Valley, a real Dehradun project. It knows the configurations, the pricing, the possession date, the distance to Mussoorie and what the expressway did to travel times.
Takes about two minutes. Nothing is recorded on your side.
Just like a real callback.
The lead card fills in as you speak.
Ask about guaranteed returns.
Try pushing back on the price. Ask what schools are nearby. Switch to Hindi mid-sentence.
Most vendors sell you calls. We close the loop.
Web Design Technologies has spent years running lead campaigns. We know exactly what happens to a lead after we deliver it, because we have watched it happen for a long time.
That is why we can do something a pure software vendor cannot. We push the qualification result back into Meta as a conversion event. The algorithm stops optimising for people who fill forms and starts optimising for people who genuinely qualify.
Your spend moves from volume to quality. That is a media buying feature, not a calling feature.
From form submitted to visit booked
Lead submits
Meta, Google Ads, your website, 99acres, MagicBricks or a channel partner.
We know about it
Straight from the platform webhook. No spreadsheet sync, no polling.
Checks run
Duplicate, consent, calling hours, daily cap.
WhatsApp lands
Now your number is not an unknown number.
The phone rings
Qualifies on budget, configuration, purpose, timeline and funding.
Your rep is alerted
Summary, rating and transcript. WhatsApp, email and CRM.
The WhatsApp before the call is deliberate. An unknown number ringing gets ignored.
A number you were told about thirty seconds ago gets answered.
Nobody loses leads in one big place
They lose a slice at seven small ones, and the total is most of the budget.
Where 500 leads go
Illustrative, using typical drop-offs.
Your best salesperson did not join to
dial three hundred numbers
The agent takes the dialling, the qualifying and the junk. Your team gets a shorter list of people who have already said their budget, their timeline, and the date they are coming to see the site.

The agent handles
- Dialling every lead, in order
- Qualifying on five things
- Absorbing the junk and wrong numbers
- Retrying four times across three days
- Booking the site visit slot
Your people always win
- Building trust for a four crore decision
- Reading hesitation and changing tack
- Negotiation and closing
- Hosting the site visit
- A difficult family conversation

Everything, from the first ring to the site visit
Built around how this actually works here
Your leads never become our asset
You are handing us the most expensive thing your marketing budget buys. Here is exactly what happens to it, in plain terms.
When this applies. The client-owned setup below is built during deployment and is live from the day your plan starts. During a paid pilot your data sits in our environment under the same written agreement and the same deletion schedule, and it moves into your own store when we deploy.
It is stored in your account, not ours
Your leads, transcripts and bookings are written to storage that you own and control, inside your own Google account. You log in to your dashboard with your own credentials. We do not hold a copy, and we cannot browse your pipeline.
What we can and cannot reach
Being straight about this, because the distinction is the whole point.
Your settings, the agent's script, your project information, the connections to Meta, Google, WhatsApp and your CRM, and system health. That is how we keep it running.
Your stored lead data, transcripts and recordings. Those sit in your account. If you need us to look at a specific call, you grant temporary access and withdraw it afterwards.
Processed in the moment, not kept
During a live call the audio passes through our servers, because that is how the conversation reaches the model and comes back. We hold it in memory for the length of the call and write it to your storage, not ours. What stays with us is operational only: call counts, durations and error logs. No names, no numbers, no transcripts.
Kept apart from every other client
No shared pool, no cross-client anything. Nothing learned from one client's calls reaches another client's agent, and we never use one client's numbers in another client's pitch, even anonymised. In a market the size of Dehradun that matters more than usual.
Never used to train any model
We run on paid enterprise API tiers, where the provider does not use your content to improve their models. We do not build a general model out of your conversations. Your buyers, your objections and your pricing stay yours.
Encrypted throughout
Encrypted in transit and at rest. Telephony, storage and processing all run on Google Cloud infrastructure, with the application hosted in the Mumbai region.
Deleted on a schedule you set
Recordings 90 days by default, transcripts 12 months. Set them shorter if you prefer. Because the store is yours, you can also delete anything yourself, at any moment, without asking us.
We tell you who else touches it
Our sub-processors are named in your agreement: cloud hosting and AI processing, the telephony provider, and the WhatsApp provider. If that list changes, you are told before it does.
When you leave
Nothing to export, because it was never ours. Your data stays where it already is, in your account. We disconnect, and our access to your settings ends. No hostage-taking of your pipeline, because we were never holding it.
We do not sell, share or resell lead data. Not to other developers, not to brokers, not to anyone. It is the fastest way to destroy a business like ours, and we would rather keep the business.
It does not have to work brilliantly
It has to find you one extra buyer in twelve months.
A flat in Dehradun runs from about ₹1.5 crore for a 2 BHK to ₹4 crore for a 4 BHK in a gated society. The maths below uses the cheaper end, because an argument that only works on the expensive flat is not an argument.
Figures illustrative. On a call we build this with your numbers, not ours.
For a developer a slow lead costs a sale.
For you it costs the commission.
The same enquiry sits with four or five brokers at once. Whoever reaches the buyer first registers them with the builder and gets paid. Everyone else did the work for nothing. You already know this. It is why your team calls at 10pm.

This works from about 150 leads a month upwards. Below that you are genuinely better off calling them yourself, and we will tell you so.
Priced per lead, not per minute
Per-minute billing makes your bill unpredictable and quietly rewards us for longer calls. So we charge per lead instead, with an allowance included. One lead means one prospect, including every retry attempt on them.
Priced by Project?Built from a half-day in your sales office: your objections, your answers, your never-say list signed by your team, and an agent that sells this one project in depth. for developers, and by Portfolio listing?Built from the developer’s brochure. The agent matches a buyer to the right option across your portfolio and recommends it, rather than selling one project in depth. Breadth, not depth, which is why it is quicker to set up. for channel partners.

Add what you need, without moving up a whole plan
We bundle related features into packs rather than a long menu, so it is easy to choose. Available on any tier unless marked. Annual billing gets two months free on packs too.
Single add-ons, priced separately because the cost is not flat
All prices exclude GST.
Start with a paid pilot. Credited in full against onboarding if you continue.
Developers: 60 days, ₹50,000. Channel partners: 45 days, ₹35,000, up to 150 leads and 3 projects.
Before we begin we agree three numbers in writing, set from your data rather than ours. On day 60 we check them together. If we miss them, you stop. No notice period, no argument, because the pass mark was written down before we started.
Talk about a pilot
The questions everyone asks
The fastest way to decide is to talk to it
Two minutes in your browser will tell you more than the rest of this page.
Or send us your project brochure and we will build a demo trained on your actual project, before you commit to anything.
